【Ingredients】:

broccoli

corn

pumpkin

shiitake mushrooms

tomatoes

salt

pepper

olive oil

chicken

chopped parsley


【Step】:

1. A few cloves of broccoli, half a corn, half a pumpkin, two mushrooms, a few small tomatoes, chicken ,cut into pieces;

3. Put seasonal vegetables and chicken on the ovenware.Air fryer 180℃ / 355℉ for 30 minutes (stir it halfway);Remove and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
