【Step】:

1. Put the pork belly in a pot under cold water, add the three-piece set of green onion and ginger cooking wine, cook for 15 minutes and remove;

Use a toothpick to pierce the skin of the meat, cut into small pieces, and be careful not to cut the skin.2 tablespoons of light soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce + 1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder + 1 tablespoon of cumin powder + 1/2 tablespoon of salt, mix well, and smear on the meat;

3. Wrap the pork belly with tin foil to expose the skin, brush with a layer of white vinegar, sprinkle with a layer of sea salt, and bake in the oven at 200℃ / 390℉ for 40 minutes;
