【Ingredients】:

A dragon fish

20g butter

Whipped cream 20g

2 cloves of garlic

A spoonful of sesame

Basil chopped to taste

Pepper to taste


【Steps】:

1. Melt butter and light cream in water, add garlic, sesame, and basil, and mix well;

2. Cut the dragon fish into pieces and brush with butter sauce on both sides;
