【Ingredients】:

Hairtail

ginger slices

cooking wine

light soy sauce

cumin powder

pepper

oil


【Step】:

1. Clean and cut the hairtail;

2. Add ginger slices, one spoonful of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of cumin powder, appropriate amount of peppercorns, and mix evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes;

3. Air frying function of the oven to preheat 180℃ / 355℉ in advance;

4. Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush oil;

5. Put the hairtail in the baking dish at a time, brush some oil, and sprinkle some cumin powder;

6. Air frying in the oven at 180℃ / 355℉ for 7-10 minutes 

7. Take out and turn over and brush some oil and sprinkle some cumin;

8. Continue to put in the oven and fry for 7-10 minutes.
