【Ingredients】:

Scallops: 6

white wine: 10ml

white pepper: 1g

liquid butter: 25ml

salad dressing: 50g

mozzarella cheese: 100g


【Steps】:

1. Marinate the scallop meat with white wine and white pepper for 5 minutes;

2. Stir the butter and salad dressing,  put the scallop meat back into the shell;

3. Fill the scallop shells with the sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheese and put in the 200℃ / 390℉ oven;

4. Bake for ten minutes, take it out, sprinkle with the fragrant shreds.
