【Ingredients】:

1. dough: 

200 grams of flour

100 grams of butter at room temperature

40 grams of wate

20 grams of egg yolk

a little salt

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes             


2. Filling: 

20ml milk

20ml cream

4 eggs

salt

pepper

cardamom

diced meat 

preheat the oven at 180℃ / 355℉ for about 30-40 minutes


【Step】:

2. Add an egg yolk with about 40 grams of water and knead it into a ball, flatten it, and put on plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes;

4. Roll out the dough , use a prop to turn out the shape, about 5-6 small ones, and a large 18-20 centimeters;
