【Ingredients】: 

Leftover rice

2 tomatoes

half an onion

vegetable cubes        


Seasoning:

1 small piece of butter

tomato sauce

light soy sauce

oyster sauce

black pepper

a pinch of salt

grated cheese


【Step】:

1. Peel and dice tomatoes, dice onions, and spread rice in a mold;

2. Melt the butter in a hot pan, stir-fry the onion a few times, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry for the juice. Add tomato sauce + light soy sauce + oyster sauce + black pepper + a pinch of salt and stir well;

3. Pour on the rice, sprinkle with vegetable diced and cheese. Put it into the pre-heated Oven and bake it at 180℃ / 355℉ for 10 minutes!
