250g high-gluten flour
10g milk powder

3 grams of dry yeast
45 grams of milk
60° hot water
135g 20 grams of butter
【Step】:
1. Pour 60 hot water + sugar + salt into the kneading bucket, mix evenly at level 1, add milk and yeast, knead at level 4, and cool for later use
2. Tear the cooled dough into small pieces, add butter, mix well at level 1, and knead for about 10 minutes at level 4 to form the glove film
3. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap, and ferment to 1.5-2 times the original volume.
4. Take out the dough, knead and vent, divide it into 3 doughs, wrap them in plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes
5. Roll the dough into an oval, fold the left and right sides to the middle, and roll it up from top to bottom.
6. Roll three pieces of dough into the toast box. Ferment in an environment with a temperature of about 30℃ / 85℉ and a humidity of 75% until it is 80% full, and cover the lid (if fermenting in the oven, you can use a small bowl to put warm water in a bowl to increase the humidity
7. Put into the preheated oven, 180℃ / 355℉ and bake for 30 minutes
