【Ingredients】: 

Eggs: 3

Whole wheat flour: 40g

Black sesame powder: 20g

Milk: 70g

Sugar: 30g

Lemon juice: a few drops


【Step】:

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, mix the egg yolk with milk, pour in the whole wheat flour, black sesame seeds and mix well

2. Drop the egg whites with lemon juice, add sugar in three times, beat to small sharp corners, scoop out 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk paste, stir evenly, pour it back into the meringue, stir all evenly, and put it into the mold. Large bubbles are vibrated at high places, the oven is preheated at 140℃ / 285℉, and the middle layer is baked for about 50 minutes

3. Reverse immediately when out of the oven, and demould after letting cool


【Tips】:

1. When sending egg whites, be sure to send them in place‼

2. When mixing with egg yolk batter, pay attention to the technique. Enter at two o'clock and leave at eight o'clock. You can learn the technique online to prevent the meringue from defoaming and the cake will not become fluffy.‼ 

3. In addition, the temperature of the oven should not be too high, otherwise it will explode when baking.
