【Ingredients】:
Warm milk: 40 grams
Coffee powder: 2 grams
Corn oil: 35 grams
Low powder: 34 grams
Corn starch: 16 grams
Chicken eggs: 3
Lemon juice: a few drops
White: Sugar: 40 grams
【step】:
1. Add black coffee to warm milk and stir well
2. Add oil and stir until emulsified
3. Add the sifted flour and mix well
4. Add egg yolk and stir well
5. The mixed egg yolk coffee paste is runny
6. Add the sugar to the egg whites three times to beat
7. The egg white and egg yolk paste is smooth and shiny after being evenly replicated
8. Under normal oven mode at 140℃ / 285℉ for 38 minutes, take it out and let it cool and demould
9. The cake base is evenly divided into 3 pieces, 100g of cream + 10g of chocolate sauce, beat until smooth, put in a multi-tooth decorating mouth
10. Squeeze the cream with chocolate sauce evenly on each piece of cake.
