【Ingredients】:

Butter 40g

Brown Sugar 10g

Salt 1g

Water 75g

Egg 1

Gluten Flour 50g

Surface:

Powdered sugar

White chocolate moderation


【Step】:

1. Butter + brown sugar + salt + water, bring to a boil, add sifted cake flour and mix well. (Stir over low heat)

2. Add the egg mixture in batches and mix well. The batter is hung upside down in a triangle shape.

3. Put it into the decorating bag, squeeze it into the non-stick baking tray, and send it into the preheated oven. Heat it up and down 180℃ / 355℉ for 20 minutes.

Come out of the oven, dust with powdered sugar, dip in some white chocolate and eat!
