【Ingredients】:

【Step】:

1. Import 350g of high-gluten flour, 1 chicken egg, 5g of yeast powder, 59g of fine sugar, fresh milk, and knead until the dough is expanded. Add 30g of softened butter and mix it fully into the dough;

2.The dough is fermented to twice its size, and the exhaust gas is divided into 25 small portions, which are evenly discharged in the baking tray, and the final fermentation is about 1.5 times;

3. Put into the oven, the temperature is 170℃ / 340℉, and bake for 20 minutes. When the color turns golden yellow, take it out and apply a layer of honey water to finish.
