【Ingredients】:

6 slices of toast

2 eggs

160g light cream

25g white sugar


【Step】:

1. Cut the edges of the toast, flatten it with a rolling pin.Cut the four corners of the flattened toast with a knife (cut deeper);

2. Stack the toast on the mouth of the paper cup, use a rolling pin to push the toast in, make the toast fit the paper cup, trim the shape Extra toast corners;

3. After the eggs ➕ light cream ➕ white sugar are mixed evenly, sieve twice and put into the bakeware;

4. Put it into the preheated oven, bake at 180℃ / 355℉ for 20 minutes, and the surface will be slightly charred.
