【Ingredients】:
20 grams of milk
20 grams of corn oil
20 grams of white sugar
2 eggs
20 grams of low-gluten flour
8 grams of corn starch
【Step】:
1. Mix corn oil and milk, sift into low-gluten flour, mix well, add egg yolk and mix well;
2. Adjust the oven to 150℃ / 300℉ to preheat, add a few drops of lemon juice (stable egg whites) to the egg whites and beat them at high speed. Add white sugar (as shown in the picture) three times. Whip the egg whites until hard foaming, and the egg whites are lifted up to an upright sharp corner (pictured);
3. Add 1/3 of the egg whites and egg batter, then pour it all back into the egg white bowl and mix evenly into the large piping bag, cut a small mouth and squeeze it on the baking tray lined with greased paper. You can squeeze it higher to make it chubby;
4. Put the baking tray into the middle and lower level of the oven, 150℃ / 300℉, up and down, bake for 25 minutes;
5. You can prepare some cream or custard sauce for filling;
6. After cooling, squeeze the cream with a pinch on both sides.
