【Ingredients】:

110g low powder

30g white sugar

80g butter

raisins

45g milk powder

3 egg yolks (two in the biscuits, one for the surface)


【Step】:

1. Soak the raisins in water for 10 minutes and then dry. 80g butter is softened at room temperature, and then put in a total of 30g sugar in three times, and whip until fluffy and whitish;

2. Put in two egg yolks in turn and stir evenly, sift into 110g low powder, 45g milk powder, knead into a dough, add raisins;

3. Knead into small circles by hand, garnish with raisins, brush the surface with egg yolk, and bake in the oven at 160℃ / 330℉ for 18-20 minutes.
