【Ingredients】:

【Step】:

1. Boil hot water, steam the chicken breast (steam it retains more nutrients than boiled), tear the chicken breast strips by hand

2. Flatten the oven and heat up and down at 150℃ / 300℉ for 20 minutes. When roasting halfway through, you can see that the chicken becomes translucent, indicating that the moisture has dried up and it will stop.


【Note】: 

Food should not be bagged immediately after drying. It should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, or in the sun. 

When the water evaporates by itself, it will gradually harden and be convenient for storage.
