【Ingredients】: 

Whole chicken

3 tablespoons of light soy sauce 

2 spoons of soy sauce 

2 spoons of cooking wine 

Amount of salt 

4 slices of ginger 

Garlic


【Step】:

1. One whole chicken, use a larger container and prepare the marinade;

2. Pour in sliced ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt;

3. Grab well and marinate for more than 1 hour, preferably overnight, it will be more delicious;
