【Ingredients】: 

1 balsa fish

1 spoon of cooking wine

1 spoon of light soy sauce

1 spoon of oyster sauce

appropriate amount of black pepper

appropriate amount of salt

appropriate amount of ground chili.


【Step】:

1. Wash the balsa fish;

2. Add 1 spoonful of cooking wine, 1 spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, and grab well with your hands, so that the fish is dipped in the seasoning;

3. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for about 1 hour;
