【Ingredients】: 

Chicken breast

cooking wine

light soy sauce

【Step】:

1. Take a piece of chicken breast and cut into small cubes;

2. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, marinate in oil, put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours;

3. After taking it out of the refrigerator, add a small amount of salt and black pepper. The amount of seasoning should be adjusted according to the amount of chicken. Don't put too much;

4. Beat an egg liquid and stir evenly so that each piece of chicken is evenly dipped in the egg liquid;

5. Evenly dip the bread crumbs into the baking net;

6. Bake at 200℃ / 390℉ in the oven in air frying mode for 15 minutes.
