【Ingredients】: 

Nuts (walnuts / almonds / hazelnuts)

milk powder

Low-gluten flour

yogurt


【Step】:

1. Shell the nuts and cut into small pieces, add milk powder and low-gluten flour (ratio 1:1)

2. Add yogurt and stir evenly, pressing and not sticking hands

3. Put it on the greased paper, press the rolling pin to make the thickness even, cut into pieces

4. Bake in the oven at 120℃ / 250℉ for 15 minutes.
