【Ingredients】: 

200g low-gluten flour

15g sugar

2g salt

5g aluminum-free baking powder

50g dried cranberries

80g pure milk

40g butter

1 egg


【Step】:

1. Add sieved low-gluten flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder to the basin and mix well.

2. Add the softened butter and rub it evenly with gloves to a large particle state.

3. Mix the egg liquid and milk evenly, add a small amount to the flour bowl several times, stir evenly, add dried cranberries, knead a few times to form a smooth dough, but don't over-mix it.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour. Take out the oily paper , cut it into the shape you like, and brush with egg liquid. Put it in a preheated oven at 200℃ / 390℉ and bake for 20 minutes.
