【Ingredients】:

1 orange

40g sugar

60g butter

40g whole egg liquid

110g low-gluten flour

10g milk powder

3g baking powder

10g rum

chocolate

【Step】:

1. Cut the oranges into thin slices, put them in a milk pan, add 20 grams of sugar, 10 grams of rum, turn on a low heat, boil the orange slices until soft, then clip them out to cool, and use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture for later use.

2. After the butter is softened, add 40 grams of egg liquid and 20 grams of sugar and beat until combined and the butter turns white.

3. Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder and mix evenly into a dough.

4. Divide the dough into 30 g small balls, press into a pie shape, and put the cooked orange slices on it.

5. Preheat the oven at 170℃ / 340℉ for 5 minutes in advance, then put in the biscuits, bake for 20 minutes, bake them out and let cool.

6. Melt the chocolate in water, dip the baked biscuits in a layer of chocolate, sprinkle some lemon zest, and you're done!

【Tips】:

The oranges should be thinly sliced. When cooking the oranges, add rum to make the oranges more fragrant.
