【Ingredients】:
Egg White 80g
Sugar 40g
Gluten Flour 30g
White Sesame Seeds 40g
Black Sesame Seeds 20g
Vegetable Oil 30g
【Step】:
1. Add sugar to egg white and mix well. Sieve into low gluten and stir without granules.
2. Add sesame seeds and oil and mix well.
3. Brush a baking tray with a spoon of oil and separate (a thin layer will do). Preheat the oven at 150℃ / 300℉ and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
