【Step】:

7. Put the bagels down and cook for 20 seconds on one side of each bagel. Turn the bagels over and cook for another 20 sides

8. Place the cooked bagels on a non-stick baking sheet and place them in the oven at 230℃ / 445℉ for 16 minutes. Once done, open the oven and leave to cool.
