【Ingredients】:

Butter 100g

Powdered Sugar 45g

Egg 1 

Low Gluten Powder 160g

Baking powder 2 g

Glutinous rice Flour 60g

Corn Starch 20g

Caster Sugar 15g

Milk 110g

Corn Oil 10g

Chocolate Powder 20g


【Step】:

1. Mix glutinous rice flour, starch, sugar, milk and corn oil, cover with plastic wrap and steam for 20 minutes. Take out the steaming and knead well when it is not hot.

2. Soften butter with powdered sugar and mix well. Beat with a whisk.

3. Sift cake flour and baking powder and knead them into dough, also divide into 10 parts, take one part and press flat, wrap in potato, decorate with cranberries on the surface, bake at 170℃ / 340℉ for 25 minutes.
