【Ingredients】:
Butter 50g
Caster Sugar 60g
Light Cream 60g
Honey 28g
Almond Flakes 100g
Sinian wood/other nuts as required
Glutinous rice boat hull
【Step】:
1. Melt butter on low heat, add light cream, caster sugar and honey, heat and stir together, heat on low heat about 110℃, no thermometer can be observed to see a little bubble can be the next step.
