【Ingredients】:

Water: 340 g

Fresh yeast: 5g

Flour: 450g

Salt: 8g


【Step】:

1. Boil yeast with water, add flour and salt, and stir until no dry powder is visible.

2. Ferment at room temperature for 1 hour. Stretch and fold the dough on all sides at 30 minutes and 60 minutes.

3 Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in refrigerator overnight.

4. On the second day, divide and return the temperature for 1 hour.

5. Square and let rise for 40 minutes.

6. Preheat the oven to 230℃ / 445℉ Celsius.

7. Cut the bag 3 times each.

8. After placing in the oven, spray water on the dough surface and bake for 10-12 minutes.
