【Ingredients】:

Pork neck

Small shallot

garlic

citronella

Spicy millet

peanut

Brown sugar

Coconut milk

Fish sauce

lime

Thai chutney


【Step】:

1. Start with a homemade marinade:

Red onion, garlic, citronella, millet spicy, brown sugar, white peppercorns with cooking machine to break;

Add coconut milk, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, salt and lemon juice and stir well.

2. Dry the pork neck and coat with marinade.

Leave to marinate for over an hour, allowing the coconut milk and spices to soak in, and then roast!

3. Put the pork neck in a baking tray at 200℃ / 390℉ and roast for 20 minutes.

4. Turn over and bake for another five minutes, then it's ready!

Sliced pork neck is served on a plate, sprinkled with chili, peanuts and lime, or served with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce for dipping.
