【Ingredients】:

shrimp

Shredded pastry

Egg : 1

salt

Black pepper

Dash of cornmeal


【Step】:

1. Remove the head of the shrimp, peel the shell (leaving the tail), remove the shrimp lines, add a little salt, black pepper, 1 egg and a little cornflour to marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Take the shredded pastry and evenly coat the shrimps. Set aside.

3. Put in the preheated oven at 200℃ / 390℉ for 15 minutes.
