【Ingredients】:
Codfish
Black pepper
Sea salt
Lemon juice
Seasonal vegetables
Olive oil
【Step】:
1. Thaw the codfish naturally, remove the scales and clean.
2. Marinate codfish with black pepper, sea salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
3. Cut seasonal vegetables and set aside (I use broccoli, hollandaise beans, Onions, squash, carrots, baby greens).
4. Add olive oil, black pepper and sea salt to the chopped vegetables.
5. Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a tin foil coated baking sheet and top with the marinated codfish.
6. Bake at 200℃ / 390℉ for 15 minutes without preheating (broccoli and Onions cook quickly, or you can add them later).
