【Ingredients】:
For the dough:
Strong flour 200g
Caster Sugar 25g
Egg 25g
Milk 115g
Yeast 3g
Butter 25g
The filling part:
Cinnamon Powder 10g
Brown Sugar 20g
Butter 20g

【Step】:
1. Except butter, mix all ingredients together and knead until extended, then add butter and knead until thick film is produced.
2. Put the kneaded dough in the oven to ferment until it is twice as big. Insert the dough with flour with your fingers until it does not shrink or collapse.
3. Melt butter over water, add cinnamon, brown sugar and crushed walnuts and mix well.
4. Roll the leavened dough into a 20*30 rectangle and brush with the mixed filling, leaving a small margin at the bottom.
5. Roll from top to bottom, pinch tightly and cut into 6 evenly sized pieces. Place the cut dough face down in the baking tray and press flat with your hands.
6. Let rise twice in the oven until doubled in size. Remove and brush with egg wash.
7. Preheat oven and bake at 180℃ / 355℉ for 18 minutes.
