【Ingredients】:  

3 Argentine Red Shrimp 

45g Mozzarella cheese  

1 potato   

5g Butter   

Salt according to personal taste   

A pinch of pepper  

Half a teaspoon of light soy sauce   

Half a teaspoon of cooking wine


【Steps】:

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the potatoes, wash them, and slice them. (You can cut it thinly so that it will be cooked faster.) Put the cut potato slices into the pot and steam them over water, about 8-10 minutes;

2.Take out the steamed potatoes, put them in a large-mouthed container, add butter and a little salt while hot, and use a spoon to mash them into mashed potatoes. Take out the shrimp thread and the shrimp head. Dirt. Do it one by one and rinse it off with cold water;

3.Put the shrimps with the open back on the plate, add a little light soy sauce cooking wine to each shrimp, and marinate for 10 minutes.  Put the marinated Argentine red prawns in a baking dish lined with greased paper. Fill the mashed potatoes on the back of the shrimp, and fill the back of the shrimp;

4. Sprinkle the mashed potatoes with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle a little pepper to complete it. (At this time, you can preheat the oven at 170℃ / 340℉ for 5 minutes);

5.Put the baking pan into the middle of the oven and bake at 170℃ / 340℉ for 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, pay attention to the color. If the cheese is colored, you can take out the baking pan in advance.
