【Ingredients】: 

Low-gluten flour 140g 

A little matcha powder 

Butter 5g 

Powdered sugar  60g

Whole egg liquid 38g 

Whipped cream  160g 

2 egg yolks 

Condensed milk  30g 


【Step】:

1. To soften the butter, add powdered sugar and mix well, add egg liquid in portions, mix well, sift in low-gluten flour and matcha powder, and knead into a dough.

2. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, round into a paper cup mold and knead it into a cup shape

3. Add whipped cream, egg yolk and condensed milk, stir evenly, sieve and pour into paper cup,

4. Preheat the oven and bake at 170℃ / 340℉ for about 30 minutes .
