【Ingredients】: 

Two bananas 200g

Two eggs

Milk 60ml

Black whole wheat flour 80g

Cocoa powder 30g

Baking powder 5g

Dark chocolate 15g

Daily nuts 50g

Raisins

dried cranberries

chopped peanuts: moderate amount


【Step】:

1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces, half of it for use, and half of it in a blender to smash until it becomes a paste. Add two eggs and drop a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice and mix well.

2. Add black whole wheat flour and baking powder, pour milk in a small amount several times, draw a Z-shape and turn over and stir slowly.Because different brands of powders have different water absorption properties, you should observe them while stirring, and you don’t need to add them when it becomes a paste.

3. Add 30g cocoa powder, 30g chopped nuts, appropriate amount of raisins, dried cranberries, chopped peanuts, chopped chocolate, and mix well
