4 egg yolks
50g milk
Corn oil 50g
70g low-gluten flour
4 egg whites
60 grams of sugar
5 drops of lemon juice
【Step】:
1. Prepare the ingredients (4 egg yolks, 50g milk, 50g corn oil, 70g low-gluten flour, 4 egg whites, 60g sugar, 5 drops of lemon juice)
2. Separate the egg white and egg yolk, pour corn oil and milk into the bowl, mix well, sieve the low flour, stir well, then add the egg yolk and continue stirring
3. Add lemon juice and granulated sugar to the egg whites, and start whisking at a medium or low speed (remember to add granulated sugar in two or three times), and whisk until soft corners.
4. Take a part of the egg white and egg yolk paste and mix them evenly (by turning and mixing). After stirring, pour directly into the beaten egg white, continue to use the turning method to stir evenly, and pour it into the baking tray when it is stirred (remember to shake A few times to get the bubbles out)
5. Put in the preheated oven at 190℃ / 375℉, bake for 10 minutes, then turn to 155℃ / 315℉, and bake for 25 minutes
6. Take it out and place it on the net to cool, and cover the surface with a piece of greased paper to prevent it from drying out
7. After letting cool, turn to the bottom, cut off both sides at a 45-degree angle, roll the cake roll (you can use a rolling pin to roll), leave it for a while, and set the shape
