【Ingredients】: 

Oatmeal 100g

Whole wheat flour 60g

Brown sugar 25g

Milk powder 20g

Cooked black sesame seeds 20g

Corn oil 40g

Water 50g

Salt 1g


【practice】:

1. Put all the ingredients except oil and water together and stir evenly with chopsticks;

2. Then add corn oil, stir evenly, and slowly add water in small amounts several times until the dough is a little clumpy and sticky, but not wet;

3. Take about 30g, squeeze it repeatedly with your hands to form a round ball, then place it in a baking tray and press it with the palm of your hand;

4. The oven is 170℃ / 340℉, the upper and lower fire, the middle layer, bake for about 20 minutes.


【Tips】:

1. Choose the ready-to-eat oatmeal. 

2. Due to the different water absorption of the oatmeal, it should be added several times in small amounts when adding water, and it should not be too wet.

3. The oatmeal dough will be crispier if it is slightly flattened.
