2. Egg white ingredients:

3. Filling ingredients

90 grams of whipped cream

15 grams of sugar


【Steps】:

1.Mix oil, water and salt evenly, add sifted low-gluten flour, baking powder, corn starch, and soda powder in portions and mix well.

2.Add egg yolk in portions and mix well.

3.Quickly beat the egg whites, sugar and tartar powder until it is pulled up to have a sharp peak shape.

4.Take one third of the beaten egg white into the egg yolk liquid and mix it clockwise, then pour it into the remaining egg white and mix it clockwise.

5.Put the pie mold on the baking tray, brush the bottom of the oil pad with round oil paper, pour into the cake batter and smooth the surface, shake the cake batter before baking to eliminate the air in the cake batter.

6.Preheat the oven up and down at 170℃ / 340℉, bake for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown and use a bamboo skewer to stick it in and take it out.
